How to Submit a Complaint:

Please email us at 📩 info@outh.co.uk with the subject line “Complaint”, and include:

  • A brief description of the issue
  • The date it happened (if relevant)
  • Any supporting details or screenshots
  • Your preferred contact method (optional)

We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 3 working days and provide a full response within 10 working days.
